AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Prepsly (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under Aleos Studio LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Prepsly, concerning your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), as well as any related products or services that refer to these Legal Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. 1. OUR SERVICES

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Purchases are processed exclusively through the App Store and Play Store. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. Any disputes or issues related to payments must be resolved through the respective App Store provider.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

6.1 Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. Billing cycles may be weekly, monthly, or half-yearly. Subscription fees will continue until you cancel. Cancelations must be processed through the App Store or Play Store.

6.2 Cancelations

To cancel your subscription:

Open the app.
Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
Verify your email.
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscriptions or partial months. For refund requests, contact your App Store or Play Store provider directly.

7. REFUNDS POLICY

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
