✅ Step 1: Try Restoring Your Purchase #
In most cases, your purchase just needs to be restored.

Open the Prepsly app

On the paywall screen, tap “Restore Purchase”

Wait a few seconds — your access should unlock
Still not working? Move to Step 2.
🛠️ Step 2: Contact Support (we’ll activate it manually) #
If Restore Purchase didn’t work, our support team can activate your subscription.
Here’s what to do:

Find your App Store / Play Store subscription receipt

Take a screenshot showing your purchase (email or store receipt)

Open the Prepsly app

Tap the “X” in the top-left corner to skip the paywall

Go to Settings

Tap Contact Support

Describe your issue and attach your screenshot
